We have the first finalist of ESWC 2011 and it is SK Gaming, as they deafeated mousesports after 3 maps.

The first semi-final, which put up SK Gaming against mousesports, both undefeated in the tournament before this match, turned into a big battle.

The first map was de_nuke, where SK managed to get the minimal lead after their CT-side, which mousesports were more than happy with. The Germans then started great in the second half as they turned the score around to 14-8, which SK tried to come back from, but in the end mousesports won 16-13.

On the second map, de_mirage, SK was in control the whole time as they turned a 12-3 advantage as Terrorists into a 16-5 victory, equalising the score in maps to 1-1 and pushing the match into a 3rd map.

It was de_dust2 that was gonna decide which team will go to the final, and SK Gaming continued storming through, although they were on the favored T-side, they won 12-3. In the second half mousesports gave it their best, as they quickly started facing elimination when SK reached the 15th round, but despite all the efforts they found it too hard to come back all the way and the match ended 16-13.

SK Gaming has now become the first finalist of ESWC 2011, where they will meet the winner of tomorrow's clash  between AGAiN and Natus Vincere. The final is scheduled for 15:00 , while the 3rd place decider will start three hours earlier.
